You represent that you have all rights needed to upload and process the content.

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful purposes, including attempts to interfere with platform operations, gain unauthorized access, or submit content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Fees, Plans, and Billing

Paid plans, usage limits, and credit allocations are described in your account or billing page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees and taxes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Bracket is not responsible or liable for losses, claims, or damages arising from AI-generated errors, omissions, hallucinations, or your reliance on generated outputs.

We may use one or more third-party AI providers and supporting infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Provider selection, model versions, and integrations may change at any time without notice. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not commit to specific models or providers in these Terms.
